I'm a legitimate oatmeal cookie monster... I only counted, as well as January 2018, I've shared 47 oatmeal cookie recipes along with you. Eep! Have you tried any of these yet? (? See those bananas? And all of those brown stains? When it comes to baking bananas, brown = amazing! I ? extra speckly bananas cause they have so much bright, bold taste --and also additional natural sweetness! That's the minimum number of brown which I suggest. More is better!
The remainder of the cookie dough's sweetness comes from a different natural ingredient... Pure maple syrup (like that!) . You want the kind that comes directly from maple trees, which is generally sold in skinny glass jars or squat, round plastic jugs. Forget the pancake syrup and sugar-free syrup!

The peppers include much more sweetness! The recently purchased, additional plump, perfectly tender ones are ideal... But for those who have elderly, slightly dried out carbohydrates (hmm... it seems silly to describe dried fruit as dried out! ) , that is okay!
Just add them to a microwave-safe bowl, and put water on top till they're totally covered. Seal plastic wrap across the surface, and microwave the bowl on high for 1 minute. Should you let the raisins sit while mixing together the cookie dough, then this small trick hydrates them so they're exceptionally juicy--and that makes a difference in these cookies go to my blog once they're baked!

Yields: 15 cookies
These oatmeal cookies are tender, chewy, and full of banana flavor! The recognizable comfy spices and plump blueberries make these much more irresistible. They'll keep for a minumum of one week if kept in an airtight container in the fridge --if they last that long!
1 cup (100g) instant oats (fermented if mandatory and quantified like this)
3/4 cup (90g) whole wheat or fermented * flour (measured like that )
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter or olive oil, melted and cooled slightly
1 tsp vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, pasta, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowlwhisk together the butter or coconut oil, mashed banana, and vanilla. Add the flour mixture, stirring only until incorporated. Fold in the raisins.
Preheat the oven to 325°F, and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
Using a spoon and spatula, dip the cookie dough to 15 curved scoops onto the prepared sheet, and apply to the desired depth and width by means Vegan Molasses Cookies » I LOVE VEGAN of a spatula. Bake in 325°F for 10-12 minutes. Cool to the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
Notes: It is extremely important to measure both the wheat and oats correctly utilizing this method or even a kitchen scale. (? That's exactly the one I own and adore!) Too much of either will dry out of the cookies and abandon them cakey rather than chewy.
Instant oats are also known as quick-cooking or moment oats. They arrive in huge canisters, just like conservative oats. They are not the ones at the small flavored loaf of bread.
